Linky Digital Profile provides tools to create and share digital business profiles (including NFC-ready links and directory listings where applicable). You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with our policies.

You're responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your profile information accurate and don't misuse the platform (e.g. spam, impersonation, or illegal content).

Paid plans are priced in MYR unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment partner (e.g. HitPay). Access to paid features starts after successful payment.

Recurring plans renew as described at purchase unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage subscription settings from your dashboard. If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until payment succeeds.

Digital products and subscriptions follow our Refund Policy. Please review it before paying.

You keep ownership of content you add to your profile. You grant us a licence to host, display, and deliver that content as part of the service. Our platform and branding remain ours or our licensors'.

We may suspend or terminate access for serious breaches of these terms, misuse of the service, or where required by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
