Refund Policy
How payments, cancellations, and refunds work for Linky Digital Profile subscriptions and digital access.
1.Digital nature of the service
Linky Digital Profile delivers access to online software and digital profiles. Once payment is completed and access is granted, fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or as stated below.
2.When we typically don't refund
Examples include (where permitted by law):
- Change of mind after purchase
- Partial or non-use of the subscription period
- Duplicate or mistaken purchases where access was already delivered
3.Cancellations
You may cancel future renewals from your account where available. Your subscription usually stays active until the end of the current paid period. We don't refund the unused portion of that period unless we say otherwise.
4.Failed payments
If a charge fails, paid features may be paused until payment succeeds. You won't be charged for failed attempts that don't complete.
5.Disputes & chargebacks
We may suspend or restrict access while payment or chargeback issues are resolved. Contact us first so we can help before opening a dispute.
